Trading Hours

All in person meetings are by appointment only until further notice as we all go out on site at random times and days for events.

Below are our current trading hours however we are contactable by phone (0458 787 858) if you should require assistance outside these hours.

MONDAY By Appointment

(Office & offsite returns by appointment only) hired equipment returns, pick ups.

TUESDAY – Closed

WEDNESDAY – By appointment

(Office & offsite meetings both by appointment only) meetings 9 am - 1 pm, & after-hours phone consults 4 pm - 7 pm.

THURSDAY – 10:00 am – 1:30 pm

(Work from home as our staff only have 1 day off a week and families/young children we have made thursdays a work from home day for anything that can be completed via computer) personalised products, place orders, weekend prep checklist, quotes, invoicing, emails/messages, bookkeeping & website work.

FRIDAY – 10:00 am – 12:00 Midnight

(Office till 1:30 pm then offsite) load ups, deliverys, pick ups, set ups & staffing.

SATURDAY – 9:00 am – 12:00 Midnight

(offsite) out at events (set ups, coordination, staffing ect.)

SUN – 8:00 am – 12:00 Noon

(Office & offsite) collections, pack downs, sorting, stock cleaning, repairs, custom builds & maintenance.

  • All our Event coordination and wedding planning is 24/7
  • Every client is important to us, and we want to make sure every single event runs smoothly our trading hours have been put in place so that we can have the time we need to get everything done right and not cut corners. We also have families that we would love to spend time with, and we also like to help out in the community as well.
