Due to the sudden changes to laws regarding all events in Queensland relating to Covid-19 (currently most venues & council land are closed, and a limit of only 5 persons are to be present at a Wedding including the couple the celebrant and 2x witnesses only, social distancing is required of 4 square meters, social gatherings e.g. Birthday parties are not permitted and travel is restricted)

The restrictions above will stand until stated otherwise by a government official.

We are able to do a small set up for you if you wish to keep your ceremony date as planed or just want to elope and have your reception and or vow renewal with your original guest list at a later date when restrictions are lifted. as we set up prior to arrival and pack down after everyone clears out we also keep with in the restriction guidelines while setting up, Up to two staff per event, social distancing in place, every item will be sanitised before set up and before as well as after pack down, staff members will have gloves.

We are offering all our pre-existing clients an option to postpone their event with no additional fees or charges towards their current invoices.

Our new postponement policy in place during the Covid-19 restrictions period has been extended to 18 months from your original date, this means you can pick a new available date.

Our refund policies due to clients wishing to cancel an event will remain the same as stated in our Terms and Conditions located on our website, deposits are still non-refundable, we will still refund any additional money paid, Refunds are limited to unused or unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out of pocket expenses.
