Save The Day Wedding Day – $1,999

This package is put together to ensure nothing goes wrong on your big day a safeguard back up plan in a way.

We do everything in our power to make sure everything runs smoothly to the point where we bring along our handy wedding day emergency kit to fix any unfortunate accidents that may happen and quite often do including a plan in place for unfortunate weather (this may mean a temporary marquee if you wish to stay outdoors ceremony only). We coordinate with each other to ensure that timing is perfect, and everyone stays calm throughout the day.

  • Wedding rehearsal attendance
  • Full coordination of the day including the timeline being sent and discussed with all suppliers and venues.
  • Coordination with suppliers to make sure all deliveries are made on time.
  • We will do pickups if needed.

We love giving, every year we do two completely free non-profit events and if you miss out on one of these spots not to worry as we offer discounts for non-profit events with an authority to fundraise letter, we can help with anything from finding the right venue, decorations, donations, raffles, games & more. That’s right, Absolute Weddings & Events has teamed up with amazing local caterers. Pricing varies with all food items in different seasons so, for this reason, we do not have all pricing on here “we will quote based on the date you book for”.  Also, we can not offer a 100% accurate quotes too far prior to your event, however, we can put in a good estimate for some of them, so you don’t get a shock. The reason we have it like this is that if we get a good deal we can pass savings onto you. It’s not always set in stone at the highest possible price just in case. Some items are seasonal, and we may not be able to get them for your date if this is the case we will replace the items with something of equal value. Below is a list of platers/buffets/creations we can offer.
