5%off with a minimum $500 spend, 10% off with a minimum $1,000 spend, 20% off with a minimum $2,000 spend, 50% off with a minimum $3,000 spend and 100% off with a minimum $5,000 spend, over $7,000 spend free delivery, set up and collection to anywhere in Zones 1 to 6. Discounts apply to decoration and hire only.

Full Ceremony set up & Pack down

  • Small – up to 2hrs (approx. 2staff) $152.00
  • Average – 2-4hrs (approx. 2staff) $304.00
  • Large – 4hrs + (3 staff+) Quote only

Full Ceremony set up & Pack down

  • Small – up to 4hrs (approx. 2staff) $304.00
  • Average – 4-6hrs (2 – 3 staff) $684.00
  • Large – 6hrs + (3 staff+) Quote only

Minor set ups

  • 1x staff for E.g. lawn games, parties, food items, scene settings ext. $38.00 per hr expected


  • Add general clean up $60.00
  • Add a standard wheelie bin with dump run $36.00 per bin
  • No access fee, for set up areas we cannot get vehicle access to for unloading/loading e.g., Beach/sand or down a no vehicle track Priced by quote.
  • Additional staff (for jobs that have loads of work but little time to complete) $30 per hr per staff
